For today’s letter, I went with “Undo” perhaps the most useful tool that I have in my arsenal.
This was another letter like N or E where I knew exactly what I wanted out the GIF, and already had a pretty clear mental picture of what the end result should look like
Also, to me, this GIF feels a bit more animation-y (or minimation-esque) then perhaps some of the other GIFs I’ve done, it feels a bit more like it tells a story than some of the previous letters. There wasn’t anything too crazy in this one to figure out, it was mostly timing and ensuring the that the keystrokes and the letter synced up.
Outside that, though I think making the low poly U, and the floating cube look un-rendered while being render was a neat little addition if I can boast about myself for a minute, and I’m really happy with how the whole GIF came together.
