Sandwich Board

Hello all!

Took a bit of a break there, I say a break, it's been more than a year since I've worked on a personal project, that's been for both good and bad reasons I suppose. The good side is that I work full time making things that scratch that create itch so I don't feel as confined or bogged down as I once did. The bad side of that is that I just haven't been feeling inspired, I've been pretty down lately, between the everything going on outside, and I moved further away from family so it's been a little rough, and I've been going through depressive episodes.

However! I am feeling better as I've been seeing a therapist for the last little while, and they've been helping me manage everything! Yay! Given then that I don't want other people to also have depressive episodes I thought I would share a little model of a tik tok I came across not that long ago by the @happinessproject. It made me smile and feel better so I thought i would encapsulate the message in a model to share with all you lovely people.
