4 - Four

For today’s number, I had this idea that the number would cycle through various other fonts of the same number. Originally this idea was conceived for the letter “C” under the name “Changes” but at the time I wasn’t sure exactly how to get the look I was going for, so, it was put on hold at the time.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and I finally figured out how to get the desired effect, and I’ll give you a hint, it’s not blend shapes! I didn’t want the number to uniformly change from one to another, (or should I say, “four to another….” no? okay.)

Instead, I wanted the look to feel like it was moving forward and having to fit the shape starting in the front and transitioning to the back, thankfully using the same method I used for both R and Z, I was able to get this desired effect, and I’m so happy I got to use it! At the time I thought it would look so cool, and now that it’s done. I know that I was right
