For today’s number, I went with another idea originally designed for the alphabet, but couldn’t figure out which letter it would best represent. Was going to call it Jumping, then was going to call it Pop up, but neither felt accurate to the animation, and the ideas I had for J and P were already set, thus. It got moved to the number section
Unfortunately, but somehow also, fortunately, there wasn’t much to learn in regards to animation on this one, after doing E totally by hand and not wanting a repeat of that. I just animated all the pieces to act the same way and through on an offset so that they appeared at slightly different times. Then it was the fun stage of finding colours and materials that I liked and rolling everything out.
Perhaps not the most technically exciting, but since we’re currently going through unprecedented times, I think we can be forgiven for not always needing to crash a computer when it comes time to render something out. Sometimes we need something just to keep us relaxed
